Relaxation and Therapeutic Massage 30 Min $65 / 45 Min $85 / 60 Min $100 (HST incl.)

My job as a professionally trained massage therapist is to determine which style of massage therapy best suits your needs and intended outcome.

Massage therapy sessions are tailored to each individual client, as everyone has different needs which can change over time. Most often, I use multiple massage techniques and different amounts of pressure during a single session to get the best results.

Shorter treatment periods are typically for clients who need to focus primarily on specific problem areas (ie: neck/shoulders; low back; legs; etc.).
